Common Questions
Does RE access my files?
No. The app only accesses files you manually select. All operations happen locally on your Mac.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. RE works completely offline.
Can I undo a rename?
Yes, you can :-)
Why can’t I rename certain files?
Some system files or protected folders may require additional permissionsfrom macOS.
